My niece, Arianne, got together with her sisters and mom and put together a blog to keep updates on Jake and to make it possible for those who would like, to make contributions to Jake's ever mounting medical bills. http://forthesakeofjake.blogspot.com/
I don't have the heart to ask, but I do have a grateful heart that appreciates all they and you have done for us.
